The high-temperature Car Bottom Annealing and Tempering Furnace manufactured by Sinowin Industry features a rectangular box structure with a movable loading platform. Work-pieces are placed on the worktable and can be easily loaded and unloaded by an electric trolley. The furnace door operates with an electric control system, allowing for convenient up-and-down access. The furnace lining is constructed from lightweight aluminum oxide fiber boards, while the furnace base is built with lightweight insulation bricks and heavy-duty refractory bricks. Heating elements include resistance wires and bands, as well as silicon carbide and silicon-molybdenum rods. The outer shell is made from steel plates and structural steel, equipped with a mechanically-driven furnace door and trolley.
